Barrel Rested Gin

Our same distinctive distilled gin with Juniper and Mountain Sage notes is barrel aged for at least 8-months in used Rye Whiskey barrels to impart its soft golden color and a subtle sweetness of vanilla, caramel, and allspice. These flavors come together to create a truly unique and delicious experience. Superb in a cocktail, this gin is just as at home being sipped straight up or over ice.
