Spirits of the Wasatch welcomes visitors to our small distillery Tuesday through Saturday, inviting them to witness firsthand the artistry and craftsmanship that goes into each small batch. Guided tours offer an opportunity to explore the distillation process, learn about the carefully selected ingredients, and how we age our spirits to perfect them. We offer two tour packages for all interest levels. Tours are held on the hour; reservations are recommended, but not required depending on availability. Reservations can be made by giving us a call (855-927-2824) or email ([email protected]). We can accommodate up to 10-guests for group tours.
Free Tour
Enjoy a 15-20 minute tour that showcases Utah’s rich distilling heritage while guiding you through the meticulous process of bourbon production. This tour includes a complete overview of the distilling process from grain-to-glass.
Distiller’s Tour
Step into the world of distillation with a personalized journey led by one of our expert distillers. Delve deep into our craft during an exclusive, private tour lasting between 45 minutes to an hour. This immersive experience will unveil the intricate nuances of the distilling process, allowing you to engage firsthand in every facet of our production and testing procedures.
Explore the scientific instruments that drive our precision, such as refractometers and hydrometers, gaining practical insights into their use. Discover the theoretical underpinnings that govern our operations, from the selection of raw materials to the fine-tuning of distillation techniques.

TASTING ROOM

Whether you’re a seasoned connoisseur or new to the world of spirits, our tasting room experience promises to be a delightful journey that leaves a lasting impression.
Tastings are $5/person and are limited to 13-guests.
